You can bring us in your fresh trim or re-invent the meat just sitting in your freezer!

One batch of fresh sausage requires 12 lbs of meat. One batch of smoked sausage requires 22 lbs of meat. It's a good idea to add a few extra pounds as well.

* Each variety is available in two casing sizes - breakfast (small) or dinner (large)

* Any variety is also available as sausage meat (without the casing)
